#1 Smaller Meals 6 times a day – It is a common perception that a person has to eat 3 times a day – breakfast, lunch and dinner. But how about the hours in between? To lose weight fast is to never put yourself into starvation. It is your body‘s normal reaction to preserve itself by holding unto fats when you are in a starvation mode. It loses more lean mass and water weight than fats.

#2 Eat Fish and Vegetables – Instead of indulging yourself too much in foods like pasta from your favorite restaurant or maybe chocolates and cakes or maybe some deep fried foods from the nearby fast food chain, why don’t you go home and prepare a hearty meal that includes fish and vegetables? They are easy to digest and they can provide protein and nutrients to keep your body healthy and away from harmful diseases.

#3 Exercise – Do not settle to inactivity. Take at least 30-45 minutes of your time to do some jogging in the morning, walking or even swimming and cycling. They are simple exercises that can help you keep your body in shape. You may also try to look at other great options like enrolling yourself in a yoga class or aeerobics.
